Athletes need more than physical strength, they need mental clarity, focus, and resilience. In our sessions, you’ll learn practical tools like visualization, focus techniques, calming strategies, and positive self-talk to improve performance, handle pressure, and stay motivated both in competition and everyday life.
Outside of my professional work, I train as a climber, constantly seeking to challenge myself and practice what I teach.
I support athletes as whole people, not just performers, helping them improve both their mental wellbeing and their goals in sport. Trained in Integrative Psychotherapy, I combine different psychological approaches to create a personalised process for each client.
