All Adlete users must:

3. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you create and share on our platform. However, by posting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with our services.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Account Verification
Access to the Adlete platform is subject to verification. To gain access, all users—including athletes, brands, advertising agencies, and others—must comply with and collaborate with the Company to verify their identity. This includes providing necessary documentation and participating in due diligence processes as required by the Company.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this Agreement or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to other users or our services.

6.1 Account Suspension and Termination – For Athletes:

Match-Fixing: Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of competitive outcomes.

Anti-Doping Violations: Testing positive for banned substances or failing to comply with anti-doping regulations.
6.2 Account Suspension and Termination – For Brands:

Bankruptcy: Filing for bankruptcy or engaging in activities that suggest financial instability.
•
Fraudulent Practices: Involvement in deceptive advertising or misleading business practices.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through a notice on our platform.
